By accessing or using the products, services, or website of Foshan Ulink Intelligent Equipment Co., Limited (“Ulink”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Scope of Services

Ulink provides the following services subject to these terms:

• Sale of paperless meeting systems (hardware including touchscreens, lifting rails, and integrated terminals).
• OEM/ODM customization services (including hardware specifications, software interfaces, and branding as requested).
• Technical support related to product installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Provision of product documentation, updates, and warranty services as specified.

User Responsibilities

• You shall use Ulink products and services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• For customized solutions (OEM/ODM), you must provide accurate requirements and materials (e.g., logos, specifications) and ensure they do not infringe on third-party rights.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of products after delivery, especially for systems handling confidential data (e.g., government or enterprise meetings).

Intellectual Property

• Ulink retains all intellectual property rights to its standard products, software, and technical solutions.
• For customized OEM/ODM products:
  • Ulink retains ownership of underlying technologies and hardware designs.
  • You may use branding elements (e.g., logos) provided by you, provided you have legal rights to such elements.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reverse-engineering of Ulink products or software is prohibited.

Warranty and Liability

• Ulink provides a [specify duration, e.g., 12-month] warranty for hardware defects under normal use, as detailed in the Warranty Policy.
• Ulink shall not be liable for:
  • Damages caused by improper use, modification, or neglect of products.
  • Indirect losses (e.g., business interruption, data loss) unless caused by gross negligence.

Modifications to Terms

Ulink reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted on our website with an effective date. Your continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction over Ulink’s location (Nanhai District, Foshan City).
